Latitude was founded in 2014 by former Bass, Berry & Sims partner Ross Booher and serial entrepreneur Ken Clarke. Booher observed first-hand the challenges law firm partners and in-house counsel face to reduce fixed costs, while also maintaining the right-sized teams given the unpredictable nature of law practice.
