This new office, as well as the opening of an office in Boston, is part of the company’s national growth plan and follows openings in Indianapolis and Miami last year.

Jeff Lilly, who will lead Latitude’s Austin office, was most recently the co-managing partner of the Austin office of 1,000-plus attorney Am Law 100 firm Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP. Latitude’s partners and recruiters have all served in highly demanding legal department and Big Law roles.

Before joining Gordon & Rees, Lilly was a partner at Clark, Thomas & Winters, at one time the largest firm in Austin. A Texas native, Lilly is a graduate of the Plan II Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin and earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
