Data Privacy and Security attorneys – you are in high demand! Prior experience working at a large corporate law firm and/or in-house with a large corporate legal department is preferred.

Requirements for the Data Privacy & Security Attorney:
  • 3+ years of sophisticated data privacy and security experience.
  • Experience assessing data privacy compliance and developing programs.
  • Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
  • Outstanding references.
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence.
Position Details of the Data Privacy & Security Attorney:
  • Type of role: Engagement, Engagement-to-hire, Permanent
  • Schedule: Flexible (full-time, part-time or anywhere in-between)

  • Compensation & Benefits: Highly competitive and commensurate with experience

Engagement Roles:
The annualized compensation for these positions generally ranges from $120,000 to $220,000 or more.  Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location.  In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan.  Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance.  Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.

Permanent Placements:
The salary range for these roles is generally $120,000 to $150,000 or more.  Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location.  In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package may also be provided.
