Are you an experienced corporate attorney who has practiced at a sophisticated corporate law firm? Would you like the opportunity to work 40, 30 or even 25 hours a week while maintaining the sophistication of your current corporate practice? Desired experience includes: mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance, private equity transactions, IPOs, and representation of publicly-traded and significant privately-held companies in complex corporate matters.

Requirements for the Corporate Consulting Attorney:

5+ years corporate experience
Excellent academic credentials
Licensed in CA or eligible to immediately waive in
Prior experience as an associate or counsel in the corporate practice group of a highly respected full-service corporate law firm is highly preferred
Outstanding references

We place legal professionals in permanent, temporary, and flexible roles. Latitude Engaged Professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and, if located in the United States, are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours or more per week, including complimentary Group Life, Long term disability, AD&D, and a qualified 401k plan (subject to a qualifying period). A CLE and Professional Expense stipend is also available to benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys. Latitude provides complementary professional liability insurance coverage to all Latitude Engaged Professionals for their Latitude engagements.
