Carolina serves as Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement and works from Latitude’s Miami office.

She helps experienced attorneys, paralegals, legal operations professionals and compliance officers transition into flexible contract engagements and permanent positions.

Before joining Latitude, Carolina worked at Isicoff Ragatz in Miami, where she practiced commercial litigation and intellectual property law.  Prior to that, Carolina was an associate at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey (now known as the Am Law 50 firm Squire Patton Boggs), where she represented multinational corporations and governments in international arbitration and litigation matters.

Carolina earned her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School and her B.A. from Georgetown University.  She currently resides in Coral Gables with her husband and two children.
